Breast Feeding Drop In 09.30 – 11.30 in the morning
A friendly and supportive drop in session for expectant and breastfeeding mothers. Providing the opportunity to discuss with a health professional any feeding worries or concerns you may be having. Held in our lovely space and providing free tea, coffee and Biscuits.
Closed on Bank Holiday Mondays.
Babes 10.00 – 12.00
A group offering young parents under the age of 24 the opportunity to get to know each other whilst learning valuable life and parenting skills over coffee and cake.
Examples of the topics we cover include weaning, sexual health, budgeting, as well as fun sessions such as crafts and cooking with children.
Topics are planned with the input of the group and other professionals also attend, such as health visitors who offer advice and support.
Together with the Young persons Supported Accommodation service.
Babettes 12.30 – 14.30
Make friends and meet staff in a homely environment. Learn everything about actually having a baby, and think about life with a new baby and baby care. Find out more about feeding baby, and what’s next — support, groups and family planning.
Perfect for young, expecting Mums under 22.
Little Spokes: 09.30 – 11.30
A group for families at the Hub – The group will run from 09.30 – 11.30 and there will be story and song time between 10.00 and 10.30. A warm and welcoming group for mothers, fathers and carers with children 0 – 3 years old. Come and have coffee with us at the Hub (38 Surbiton Road, Kingston, KT1 2HX) meet other parents and carers and once a month we will have a visiting professional to cover topics relevant to caring for young children. You are free to come for the entire time or just pop in.
Growbaby is Open Wednesdays!
On Wednesdays between 09.30 to 14.30, you are welcome to come along to the Hub.
Growbaby will be open with goods and services to help our families meet their needs.
Learn English-09.30 – 11.30
What: A beginner’s class for those wanting to learn to speak conversational English.
Who: This course is for those interested in improving their English, it is completely free of charge. Please note there is no childcare so only nursing babies please.

Parenting children with sensory processing disorder-09.30 – 11.30
What: Parenting a sensory child- a course for parents and carers (3-part course)
Who: Does your child have difficulties processing sensory information? Is parenting your sensory child challenging? This is the course for you!
