Sunday
We gather for a family friendly service every Sunday at 10.30. We meet at the Royal Kingston Suite, Antoinette Hotel, Beaufort Road, Kingston upon Thames, KT1 2TQ. We would love to see you there.
How do we get to the Antoinette hotel?
For a map of where we are on a Sunday please click here;
Bus: The K1, K2 and K3 buses (depending on where you are coming from) stop near the University which is a few minutes walk from the Hotel.
Train: You can catch a train. The nearest stations are Surbiton and Kingston they are both about a 10 minute walk away.
Car: You can come by car. Kingston town centre is five minutes away and, in the other direction, Surbiton is five minutes away and New Malden between 10 – 15 minutes. There is plenty of parking at the side of the Hotel or on the street.
So how will the morning go?
We start at 10:30 for breakfast and newspapers and kick off into the main service at 11:00. We will be finished by 12:00.
What will this look like?
We are a very laid back bunch of people so feel free to participate in as much or as little as you like. Help yourself to breakfast and newspapers throughout the morning.
We will express our worship to God through singing songs for about 15-20 minutes join in if you like. You can hear a talk for about 15-20 minutes based on the Bible and its relevance for our lives today. There will be an opportunity for you to receive personal prayer. This can be for anything you like.
What about children?
Sign your children in to Vineyard Kids before the service starts, if you are visiting you will be asked to complete some forms about your child’s health and contact information. This is so that we can take care of them safely. You will also be given a copy of our child protection guidelines for parents and a welcome letter from Peter and Noni. Your children will remain in Vineyard Kids through the morning service. We do not encourage parents into the children’s area after the service has started in line with our child protection guidelines. Please remember you are responsible for them once they have been signed out of their group.
Can you pray for me?
Yes, If you have something that you would like us to pray for either personally or for such things as major decisions or physical or emotional illness, please ask one of the helpers.
How can I be more involved?
If you think you might like to become part of this church on a more regular basis and would be interested in helping in someway then talk to one of the people in church who is helping already. We have many opportunities for you to get involved from welcome desk to helping with worship.
